Banana Protein Pancakes

Ingredients

  • For the batter:
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 1/2 banana
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp. protein powder (sunwarrior chocolate)
  • For the topping:
  • 1/2 banana, sliced
  • frozen raspberries
  • 1 tsp coconut flakes

Preparation

Blend 1/2 banana, eggs and protein powder to a clumps-free batter. I usually use a hand blender.

By using some kitchen towel or paper, spread coconut oil in a small non-sticking pan and fry pancake by pancake for about 2 minutes each side. I usually get 4-5 small pancakes.

Top the pancakes with banana slices, frozen raspberries and coconut flakes.

Bananen-Schoko Protein Pancakes

Für den Teig:
1 TL Kokosöl
1/2  Banane
2 Eier
1 EL Protein Pulver (z.B. sunwarrior chocolate)
Für das Topping:
1/2 Banane, in Scheiben
gefrorene Himbeeren
1 TL Kokosraspeln

Für den Teig verrühre Eier, 1/2 Banane und Proteinpulver am besten mit dem Handmixer. Fette eine kleine Pfanne mit etwas Kokosöl ein und brate einen kleinen Pfannkuchen nach dem Anderem. Ich kriege aus dieser Teigmischung immer ungefähr 4-5 kleine Pancakes. Belege deinen Pancaketurm zum Schluss mit Bananenscheiben, gefroreren Himbeeren und Kokosraspeln.
